Would you like to raise $6,000.00
On your next Fundraiser ?
We’ve helped other organizations raise a lot of money for their groups selling Hoagies. Consider some of the things we do, that our competitors can’t. We offer a choice of 3 Hoagies for the buyer to choose from, or they can even have 2 Hot Dogs & Drink in place of the Hoagie (this seems to be kids favorites).
The biggest problem when people organize Fundraisers is that they forget about what the person buying wants. If my child approached you to buy a hoagie coupon, wouldn’t you be more comfortable redeeming in a restaurant, or even having them delivered to your office ? (We can deliver larger orders to offices with prior notice)
Unlike our competitors, you can redeem your Hoagie coupon inside and enjoy your meal at a table, you can have your Hoagie baked, and our coupons don’t list an expiration date on them. (They are paid for ahead of time, so why shouldn’t you be able to redeem whenever you want to?)
If 25 people each sell 25 hoagies, and you have 10 classes with 25 in them, you’ll earn $6,250.00 profit.
Hot Diggitys will help you make Fundraising Fun, & Profitable.
· It’s easy to raise money selling Hoagies or Hoagie Coupons, mainly because everyone likes to eat one type of hoagie or another, and everyone has to eat.
· When you approach someone to buy a hoagie, try to get them to buy enough for the entire family to eat, not just one, ask them how many they would like to buy.
· Most families will buy 4 or 5 to take home for dinner.
· Here’s how the fundraiser works:
· You will have the choice to offer a hoagie (Italian, Ham & Cheese, or Turkey & Swiss, or they can even substitute 2 Hot Dogs & a bag of Chips)
· They will be given a coupon that they can redeem for their choice at our downtown location, they can have it prepared cold or baked in the oven for a warm taste.
· The money raised for your organization will depend on what you want to charge; most groups charge $4.00 for each coupon and profit $1.00 for each sale.
· So, assuming your group consists of 15 participants, each person sells a minimum of 25 coupons, which would net a profit of $375.00. The more you sell, the more you make.
· We assume the cost to print the personalized coupons
